This is great--especially for new teachers. It offers encouragement, understanding and strategies for reflection, appreciation of what works in a teacher's practice, honest assessment of that practice, and strategies for understanding and improving an educator's work.
In this era of inflexible, prescriptive supervision of teachers, it is good to remind us how to work with all learners (including teachers). This resource is supportive and constructive. It doesn't measure teachers and find them lacking; it asks the professional educator to look at her/his own work "an even more wonderful teacher." Thank you.
