I really like this lesson

I really like this lesson because it teaches students about their local environment. I like that this activity gets students 'out there' in the field and has them experience their local park or playgriound. I also like that this lesson can be used to teach and reinforce many different concepts.

Students loved using their cell phones and cameras to capture pictures of our local school yard ecosystem. It was an engaging way to get students excited about being citizen scientists!

Nice field experience lesson. I really like the Project Noah website. I would hope that it would spark some interest for the kids to keep adding pictures of the organisms they encounter. Nice job.

This lesson is extremely detailed! The project noah site allows for accountability on a higher scale. The extensions reach into the upper level thinking and allow for real world application. It also asks the “what ifs” of changing an ecosystem and the effects of that change.

Me encantó la propuesta de actividad. Gracias.

Nice lesson which many students should listen to. I remember on Environmental classes we ( my classmates and I ) gatherd at the main entrance to school with the teacher and we went to the local forest to collect litter. At the end of the activity we have 6 big bags with litter. People do not  realize what harm they bring to environment. If one decided to have a  picnic in the forest, please, be so kind and tidy yoruself up.    Anthony - essay writer, blogger, newspaper editor.
